Job Summary:
We're seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Caretakers to join our team. As part of our Flex Care program, you'll have the flexibility to choose from part-time or full-time opportunities that fit your schedule and lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
Prepare and assist with meals, offering both nourishment and encouragement
Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks with attention to dignity and cleanliness
Provide mobility support, including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
Remind clients of medication schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed
Assist with errands and appointment transportation, as needed
Additional duties based on individualized care plans
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation with valid insurance
Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must
Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
Direct deposit enrollment required
