Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our vibrant café team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems to process sales efficiently and accurately
- Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling, processing cash transactions, and managing credit card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and beverage service
- Prior food service experience in a café or retail environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
