- Nursetopatient ratios adjust with acuity
- Lower acuity: up to 5 patients
- Higher acuity / stepdown: as few as 3 patients
- The unit is evolving into a mixed critical care environment, offering exposure to higherlevel monitoring and complex oncology care—with strong clinical support.
- Patients may experience rapid changes in condition, and teamwork is essential to ensure early recognition and intervention.

As a Registered Nurse on this innovative unit, you will:
- Provide highquality, evidencebased care to oncology patients across mixed acuity levels
