Big Girls Brokerage is seeking motivated 1099 Field Phone Reps to assist with DART/Lifeline phone enrollment events in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, not hourly employment. Reps help eligible customers apply for Lifeline-supported phone service by explaining the application process, assisting with enrollment steps, and following all compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Speak professionally with potential customers
- Help eligible customers begin the Lifeline application process
- Work at outreach locations, tent events, and approved community areas
- Follow all program and compliance rules
- Submit applications correctly and honestly
- Communicate with the team through Slack or another approved team channel
- Report work activity and completed applications as required
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Working smartphone with data
- Valid ID
- Ability to work outdoors

- Ability to follow compliance rules
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with people
- Must understand this is 1099 commission-based contractor work

Pay Structure:
Reps are paid per approved phone/enrollment after approval clears.
Suggested pay levels may range from:
- Beginner Rep: $20 per approved enrollment
- Trained Rep: $25 per approved enrollment
- Experienced Rep: $30 per approved enrollment
- Team Lead: $35 per approved enrollment
First payout may take around 3 weeks because submitted work must be approved and cleared first.
No payout is owed for rejected applications, duplicate applications, chargebacks, non-compliant enrollments, or false/misleading information.
Compliance Notice:
Approval is not guaranteed. Customers must qualify for Lifeline-supported service. Reps may not promise approval, pressure customers, or misrepresent the program.
