ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on person to support day-to-day upkeep across our residential and commercial properties. If you like variety, work well without much supervision, and take pride in doing a job right, this is a great fit.
No two days look the same — some days you’re assembling office furniture, some days you’re power washing, some days you’re organizing a shop or storage space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Minor repairs and general upkeep — doors, locks, handles, light bulbs, switches, fixtures, and similar
- Power washing and exterior cleaning
- Assembling furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Assisting with shop and vehicle upkeep, cleaning, and organization (no prior experience required)
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing inventory and supplies
- Running errands, pickups, and deliveries
- Reporting damage, equipment issues, and needed repairs promptly
- Other duties as assigned — this list isn’t exhaustive, and flexibility is a core part of the job
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy in both private and professional settings
- Comfortable safely operating basic hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good communicator who can take direction and also work independently
- Willingness to learn new skills on the fly
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience in maintenance, facilities, or construction; ability to tow a trailer.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout a shift; work safely on a ladder; and work outdoors in varying weather. Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Compensation: $17-$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime, some flexibility
Background check required.
