Security Guard - Patrol
As a Security Guard State Licensed Patrol Agent in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and building activity, assist with visitor direction and/or information requests, and support a professional presence throughout the location.

Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation related to security-related matters, customer interactions, and property observations.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess a New York State Security Guard License.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
