PHLEBOTOMY SKILLS REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments and other non-invasive cosmetic services with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic nursing.
- Ensure the clinic environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for all patients.
Skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to facial aesthetics
- Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure clients effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, sterile processing, and infection control standards.
