Perform duties associated with the daily care and welfare of children with severe emotional disturbances living in a residential treatment facility, including family and transitional support services.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Preference given to individuals with experience in working in mental health or with children who have severe emotional disturbances and their families.
PHYSICAL
Manchester House residents exhibit violent, aggressive, acting out behavior.
Anyone who is in the facility may be subject to this behavior. All team members who work at Manchester House are required to meet the physical demands required by team crisis prevention techniques.
