Brookins Luxury Team is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Cleaner to support the daily upkeep of public and commercial facilities such as medical offices, schools, and other shared spaces in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.
Pay: Starting at $15/hr
Schedule: Shifts typically take place during evenings and overnight hours
Location: Orlando, FL and surrounding areas (Ocoee, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lake Nona, St. Cloud, Kissimmee)
Responsibilities
- Perform routine daily cleaning of assigned areas including: Restrooms, lobbies, offices, exam rooms, hallways, and break areas.
- Surface and glass wipe-downs
- Trash collection and disposal
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Conduct weekly dusting or as needed based on facility standards
- Restock paper goods and basic supplies as needed
- Follow proper sanitation protocols, especially in high-traffic or high-touch areas
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly
- Adhere to all site-specific safety and cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Regular and reliable transportation
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Must be dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in professional public settings (e.g. schools, medical offices)
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE when necessary
