MC² Hospitality is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Store Manager to join our growing team.
This is not a desk job.
This is a leadership position for someone who genuinely loves restaurants, enjoys developing people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and believes hospitality should still mean something.
We're looking for a leader who can inspire teams, maintain standards, build culture, drive sales, and create memorable guest experiences every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH team members
- Create a positive, high-energy work environment
- Hold staff accountable to company standards
- Conduct training and performance coaching
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retention
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest interactions
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Build relationships with regular guests
- Lead by example during service
Operations
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Oversee labor and scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Monitor food quality and service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Financial Accountability
- Manage labor budgets
- Control costs
- Monitor sales performance
- Assist with inventory and ordering
- Support profitability goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing labor and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Coffee experience is a plus but not required
