Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bottle Service Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the bottle service experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take beverage and bottle orders accurately using POS system.
- Upsell premium spirits, wines, and cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve beverages and food efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Process cash and credit card transactions smoothly, ensuring accuracy in sales transaction processing
- Maintain a clean, organized service area, adhering to sanitation and food industry standards at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely delivery of drinks and guest requests
- Provide exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs, answering questions about menu items like wine knowledge or cocktail options, and creating a welcoming environment
Experience
- Previous bottle service waitress experience required
- Experience with POS systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and guest requests efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages and enhancing sales through excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Hospitality or guest services background that emphasizes guest relations and positive interactions
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Food Handler Certificate and RBS required
