Duties
Your main goal in this role is to provide safe, professional, and loving care to our patients in their homes. Union CNA / HHA possess patient care knowledge; autonomy, organized and committed experience.
This position is in the town of Lebanon IN, full - time, evening shift 4P to 12A role for adolescent, high need client.
Requirements:
- Certified Indiana Nurse Aide Certification is required
- Home Health experience is preferred but not required
- COVID vaccinated is required or a medical / religious exemption
- Must be able to travel to Lebanon IN
- Must be able to work full- time / 40 HRS per week, evening shift
- Must have experience working with developmental disability needs; preferably with adolescent
