Construction Manager
Will work to schedule repairs/reconstruction to damaged residential properties after a traumatic event such water mitigation, fire, or mold damage. Will be responsible for scheduling onsite evaluations of damages, directing carpenters, working alongside customers and insurance professionals to determine scope of work, scheduling repair projects, confirming budget, as well as being a continuous contact for all new and existing customers. The project manager will be in complete control of daily projects and schedule restoration carpenters on daily tasks to continuously move the company's projects forward.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with estimator to communicate needs of repairs for each project.
- Develop detailed project plans to track and monitor progress
- Delegate Tasks
- Keep track of work schedule
- Use and continually develop strong leadership skills
- Manage and establish relationships with clients and employees
- Ensure compliance with insurance and state standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Proven work experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of the restoration and repair processes
- Excellent experience with clients and communication skills
- Self-motivated

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
