Job Summary:
Acts on authority delegated by the district attorney to represent the Commonwealth and the County in the prosecutions of those persons who are alleged to have violated the law of the Commonwealth within the County.

Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work:
Education:

Juris doctor degree and admission to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
- Continuing legal education required.
Work Experience:
-
Attorneys with one to two years’ relevant experience
- In addition to years of relevant experience, must be able to handle misdemeanor and minor felony cases, without supervision.
