Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
ONLY APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU ARE ABLE TO SATISFY THE FOLLOWING THREE REQUIREMENTS:
A) Work the following hours:
Monday - Friday 12-8 PM
B) Work from the office two days now (but possibly three or four days in the future).
C) Complete in office training from 10-4 PM five days a week for the first three weeks after being hired.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
