Experienced Office Furniture Installer / Deinstaller – Temporary Project

Graziano Office Liquidation is seeking experienced commercial office furniture installers/deinstallers for an upcoming office furniture removal project in Exton, Pennsylvania.
The project involves the professional disassembly, staging, and loading of a large quantity of Teknion office furniture, including powered benching stations, workstations, storage units, and related components.
Furniture will need to be safely moved through the building using elevator access and efficiently loaded into U-Haul box trucks. No stair carry is anticipated.
Applicants must have prior experience installing or deinstalling commercial modular office furniture systems. Experience with Teknion, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, Knoll, or comparable systems is strongly preferred.
Independent office furniture installers, established installation crews, and installation companies are encouraged to apply. Applicants who can provide an experienced crew are welcome to submit a project-rate proposal. Additional project-based work may be available in the future.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely and efficiently disassembling commercial office furniture
- Properly separating and organizing modular furniture components
- Protecting furniture from unnecessary damage during deinstallation and loading
- Labeling and organizing hardware and components when necessary
- Moving furniture components through the building using elevator access
- Staging and efficiently loading furniture into U-Haul box trucks
- Organizing and securing furniture components for transportation
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous commercial office furniture installation or deinstallation experience
- Familiarity with Teknion powered benching systems and modular workstations
- Ability to identify and properly separate furniture components
- Experience efficiently loading commercial furniture into box trucks
- Own installation tools and equipment
- Ability to perform physical labor and safely lift furniture components
- Reliable transportation to Exton, PA
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
- Experience leading an office furniture installation or deinstallation crew is a plus
