Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer, you’ll be an important part of keeping our jobs moving and helping our crews get the job done right.
You’ll:
- Assist plumbers and other crew members on residential and commercial construction projects
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Move materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Assist with job-site preparation and cleanup
- Help dig, trench, backfill, and prepare work areas when needed
- Assist with installing and handling pipe, fittings, and other plumbing materials
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow directions from foremen, plumbers, and project supervisors
- Help keep projects on schedule
- Follow all company safety policies and job-site requirements
- Learn new construction and plumbing skills as you gain experience
- Represent PlumbRite professionally on every job site

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has reliable transportation to and from work
- Has a valid driver’s license (preferred/required based on position)
Construction or plumbing experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right person.
We can teach skills. What we can’t teach is work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
