What You'll Do:
No two days are the same! As a Custodian, you'll play an important role in keeping our facility safe, clean, and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of resident areas, common spaces, and stairwells
- Collecting trash, recycling, medical waste, and hazardous waste safely
- Receiving, delivering, and storing supplies and equipment
- Performing minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging toilets
- Assisting the Maintenance team with projects and repairs
- Maintaining floor care equipment and cleaning machinery
- Performing snow and ice removal to keep residents, visitors, and staff safe
- Participating in the on-call rotation (one week per month) and responding to facility needs as necessary

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License required
- 1–3 years of custodial, maintenance, or floor care experience preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and supplies
- Ability to complete required Healthcare Academy training and annual education
