Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Clerk

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), Onsite
Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable AR/AP Clerk to manage invoices, collections, and vendor payments. This role is essential to maintaining cash flow and strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
· Record and apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
· Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
· Process vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals.
· Prepare and issue payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
· Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
· Process transactions using NetSuite and ECi JobBOSS².
· Reconcile AR/AP accounts to the general ledger.
· Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records.
Qualifications
· High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.
· 1–3 years of AR/AP or bookkeeping experience
· Manufacturing or inventory-related experience a plus
· Familiarity with NetSuite and/or JobBOSS² preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
