An established General Contractor and multi-family builder is looking to expand its GC team. We are looking for extremely motivated, hard-working skilled general laborers ready to jump in on an exciting construction project. -Intermediate Carpentry skills REQUIRED. This is not an entry level position.
-Must provide own tools. Examples include skill saw, sawzall, compressor nail gun, impact driver, and basic hand tools.
-Follow directions and requests
-Report to work Monday-Friday 7-4
-Ability to work overtime when requested
-Have access to reliable transportation
-Provide valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
-Work year round in all weather conditions
-Loan and unload building materials
-Dig trenches, backfill holes, move earth with hand tools
-Clean a prepare construction site by removing debris and possible hazards
-Fork lift experience a plus but not required
Wage DOE $22-26 an hour
