Filippo’s Italian Steakhouse is a high-volume, upscale Italian steakhouse committed to providing exceptional food, beverages, and hospitality. We are seeking experienced, professional bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
● Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits according to established recipes and service standards.
● Provide guests with knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
● Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed.
● Accurately operate the POS system and process guest payments.
● Follow all health, sanitation, and safety regulations regarding food and beverage handling.
● Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, management, and support staff to ensure smooth service.
● Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
● Help create a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
Qualifications:
● Previous bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, steakhouse, hotel, private club, or similar hospitality environment.
● High-volume bartending experience preferred.
● Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and current industry trends.
● Excellent communication and guest service skills.
● Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
● Strong multitasking, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● TIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service certification is a plus.
● Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to hospitality excellence.
