Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location, handling receiving, storage, and shipping in both ambient and cold storage/frozen warehouse areas. Day or Night Shift available (hours to be confirmed).
Duties
- Pick and pack orders accurately and on time.
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts, following safety protocols.
- Perform warehouse duties in both ambient and cold storage/frozen environments.
- Maintain inventory records via WMS and inventory software.
- Prepare packages, verify shipping labels/BOLs, and coordinate with carriers.
- Stock and organize warehouse in compliance with trade regulations.
- Maintain safety standards, including proper equipment use and cold storage practices.
- Collaborate with the team to improve order fulfillment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse/logistics experience required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS systems, or willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Yard truck experience required.
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Willing to work in cold storage/frozen conditions.
