Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with at least 7 years of accounting and reporting experience and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
· Help consolidation team with overseas month end, quarter end and year end activities
· Prepare overseas tax report, 1099- Misc form, domestic business filings such as BEA, NY sales tax and Collin County business reporting
· Prepare company’s quarterly and yearly business projections
· Prepare company’s monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, Balance sheet, and Income statement
· Maintain and manage company financial records using QuickBooks
· Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
· Prepare and post journal entries
· Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting
· Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
· Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax preparation
· Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
· Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
· Support internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 7 years of professional accounting experience
· 5+ years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
· Strong understanding of GAAP, INDAS and accounting principles
· Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial analysis
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in accounting
· CPA or CA candidate preferred
· Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency accounting or multi-state environment
· Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
