HOTWORX combines 24/7 access, infrared sauna workouts, virtual instruction, low-impact training, and a highly efficient workout experience that our members love.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. This position starts as a sales role, with the opportunity to advance into Senior Sales, then Assistant Manager and eventually Studio Manager based on performance, leadership, consistency, and results.

At HOTWORX Bethesda, your effort directly impacts your earnings. In addition to hourly pay, this role includes the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses for membership and retail sales and for meeting or exceeding other performance goals.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you will help grow the studio by creating excitement around HOTWORX and helping prospects become members.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting new leads by phone, text, and email
- Booking appointments and encouraging prospects to visit the studio
- Giving enthusiastic studio tours
- Explaining the benefits of infrared sauna workouts and HOTWORX membership
- Asking for the sale and helping prospects choose the right membership
- Helping prospects overcome objections and make quicker decisions
- Following up consistently with leads who have not yet joined
- Supporting member engagement and retention
- Helping keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
- Participating in promotions, challenges, events, and local outreach
- Tracking sales activity and progress toward goals
Who We’re Looking For
You do not need years of fitness sales experience. We are willing to train you if you have the right attitude.

Compensation
This position includes:
- Hourly base pay
- Membership sales commissions
- Retail sales commissions
- Performance bonuses based on set goals

Compensation: $20 per hour, plus various layers of commission and bonus opportunities
Top performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly more through sales performance.
Schedule
This is a full time position Monday-Thursday 11am to 7pm and Fridays 9am to 6pm. There may be limited flexibility to this schedule.
Availability should include some combination of:
- Weekdays
- Evenings
- Saturdays
- Promotional/event days as needed
Experience Preferred, But Not Required
Helpful experience includes:
- Sales (beyond cashier role)
- Fitness studio or gym experience or personal enthusiasm
- Retail sales
- Hospitality
- Customer service
- Front desk or membership sales
- Wellness, beauty, or boutique fitness environments
But the most important things are energy, reliability, coachability, and willingness to sell.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering members access to virtually instructed workouts inside infrared saunas. Members can choose from isometric workouts like Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Core, and Hot Stretch, as well as HIIT sessions like Hot Cycle, Hot Row, and Hot Blast.
Our studio is unique, efficient, and built for people who want something different from a traditional gym.
