One-on-One Orthopedic Care and Mentorship
Become the clinician you set out to be.
At many outpatient clinics, success is measured by how many patients a therapist can manage at once. At Innova Physical Therapy, success means something different. Our model and vision allows the therapist the time and resources to make meaningful change in the patient's life while improving their clinical skills, reasoning, and balance.
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who wants the time, mentorship, and professional environment needed to deliver exceptional care while maintaining work life balance.
Our therapists work with one patient at a time in 45-minute appointments. We do not use aides or assistants, and we do not double-book patients. Our mentorship program and CME benefits cannot be beaten. Innova wants to build your professional reputation as a leader in PT care. We are looking for a PT who wants to be a big part of a small team and not just another employee is a large system.
About Innova Physical Therapy
Innova Physical Therapy is an independent outpatient practice located in Redmond, Washington. Since 2014, we have been committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care in an environment where physical therapists have the time and support to do their best work.
We are not trying to be the largest physical therapy practice. We are building a practice known for clinical excellence, compassion, collaboration, and the willingness to keep searching when a patient’s case is challenging.
Our Values
Innova was founded in 2014 around a clear set of values that continue to guide how we care for patients and each other.
Individualized, Cause-Driven Care
We look beyond the location of pain to identify the true drivers. You will have time to assess movement, mobility, motor-control, loading, lifestyle, and systemic factors contributing to the patient’s condition.
Dignity and Respect
Every patient deserves to be listened to, believed, and treated as a whole person. We strive to create an environment where patients feel safe asking questions and participating in decisions about their care.
Collaboration and Specialization
Complex problems are rarely solved in isolation. We value open communication, thoughtful case discussion, and collaboration among clinicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with outstanding MDs and build the type of caseload you want to specialize in.
Continuous Learning and Clinical Excellence
We believe excellent clinicians learn for a lifetime. We facilitate a pathway to specialization, certification and fellowship. We help you achieve your professional goals.
Meaningful Mentorship Is Available
You will be supported.
Clinical mentorship is available from Innova’s owner, an internationally trained fellowship instructor, manual therapy certification examiner, national educator and full time clinician. He has extensive experience in complex orthopedic conditions, innovative manual therapy systems, neuromuscular assessment and re-education, persistent pain, and hypermobility-related disorders.
Mentorship can be tailored to your experience level and professional goals and may include:
- Collaborative case review and clinical problem-solving
- Evaluation strategy and differential diagnosis
- Manual therapy reasoning and technique
- Innovative movement analysis and exercise progression
- Treatment of complex or previously unsuccessful cases
- Documentation, plan-of-care development, and patient communication
- Guidance toward advanced certifications or specialty development
The goal of mentorship is not to create clinicians who all practice the same way. It is to help each therapist become more confident, intentional, adaptable, and effective.
Experienced clinicians who value collaboration are encouraged to apply, as are motivated newer graduates who want to build a strong clinical foundation.
The Patients We Serve
Our therapists treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload that may include:
- Spine and extremity conditions
- Sports and overuse injuries
- Postoperative rehabilitation
- Persistent or complex musculoskeletal pain
- Movement-control and biomechanical impairments
- Joint hypermobility, HSD, and hEDS
- Patients who have not improved with previous treatment
- Individuals seeking a more comprehensive and individualized approach
You do not need to arrive with expertise in every area. Curiosity, humility, strong communication, and a sincere commitment to growth are more important than having every credential.
What You Will Do
As an Innova Physical Therapist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide one-on-one treatment during each 45-minute appointment
- Use evidence-informed manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, movement retraining, and patient education

- Complete accurate, thoughtful, and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate professionally with patients, referring providers, and team members
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development
