Make a real difference overnight by providing one-on-one care for aging adults and individuals with disabilities in the Murfreesboro community. At Synergy HomeCare, you’ll help ensure safety, dignity, and comfort while supporting families when they need it most.

What You’ll Do

Provide overnight supervision and support
Assist with personal care and hygiene
Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the night
Support mobility and repositioning as needed
Maintain a calm, compassionate presence

What We’re Looking For

CNA certification is a plus but not required
Caregiving, PCA, or home health aide experience accepted
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Comfortable working overnight hours
