Administrator - Assisted Living Facility
Located in the New York City, NY area
Salary: $150K to $200K Range
A beautiful, skilled nursing facility located in the New York City, NY area is currently seeking an experienced Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- As the Administrator/Executive Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff alike
- This role offers an opportunity to lead with compassion, strategic vision, and operational excellence to enhance residents' quality of life
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Oversee daily operations including resident care, staff supervision, and administrative functions to promote a safe, welcoming environment
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs
- Manage budgets effectively, including financial planning, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure operational sustainability
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and competent team dedicated to resident well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as nurses and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care services for residents
- Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by trained staff
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Administrator or Executive Director in an Assisted Living facility
- Strong knowledge of state Assisted Living regulations
- Proven leadership experience in senior living operations
- Strong financial and operational management skills
