Looking for experienced tradesmen skilled in welding, machinery and material handling equipment repair, and machine moving. Must have good math skills, simple blueprint reading and be familiar with steel layout and structures and able to work at heights. On the job problem solving is a daily requirement in addition to communication with customers and management. Must have a valid driver's license with a clear driving record. Starting pay will be based on knowledge and experience. Insurance and benefits available after probationary period. Selection methods include interview process, background check, weld test and pre-employment physical (including drug screen).
