The Maintenance Director will be responsible for performing building and grounds maintenance work. It is the responsibility to supervise the buildings and grounds to ensure the safety, maintenance, and upkeep of all buildings and the campus. Complete janitorial duties for the athletic complex. Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, and other building and grounds maintenance work. Review facility conditions, establish goals and standards, assist in assessing facility care, and develop corrective actions to support continuous improvement in the school. Coordinate the use of contractors to perform certain duties, including cost estimating, data gathering, purchasing services, and providing site supervision. Maintain equipment and supply inventories, prepare cost estimates for services and materials, and process purchase orders.
A minimum of 2–3 years of facility maintenance, custodial, or related supervisory experience is preferred.
