<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Insurance Sales Agent to drive our business forward. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, identify their insurance needs, and offer tailored commercial insurance solutions. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships and expand our client base.
<Duties>
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing strategies
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend appropriate commercial coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing quotes, applications, and policy documentation efficiently
- Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear communication, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and enhance brand visibility
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer service best practices
- regulations (if applicable) and benefits administration is a plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
- Multilingual capabilities are highly valued to serve diverse client populations

Pay: $40,000.00 - $92,400.00 per year
