Driver / Foreman – Professional Household Mover

Overview
DSG Moving is a local moving company based in Los Angeles (North Hollywood Specifically).
We are looking for an experienced Driver / Foreman who can confidently run jobs from start to finish, lead a crew, communicate with customers, and represent the DSG Moving standard on-site.
This is a position someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be a part of an excellent team of movers.
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive and operate 16’ to 26’ box trucks
- Lead and direct a moving crew on residential jobs
- Manage job pacing, efficiency, and production in the field
- Perform and supervise:
- Professional packing, Stacking the truck, Furniture wrapping/protecting, Disassembly/reassembly, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication on-site
- Complete job paperwork and app-based sign-offs
- Maintain truck cleanliness, organization, and equipment readiness
- Prevent damage and uphold DSG Moving’s quality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of verifiable household moving experience
- Foreman / crew leader experience
- Experience driving 20’–26’ box trucks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- High production speed while maintaining care and quality
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
