About the Role

The ideal candidate combines a proven track record of closing transactions with disciplined execution and a client-first approach.
What You’ll Do

- Generate new business through market research, prospecting, and outbound outreach to buyer leads and investor prospects.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of unit inventory, pricing, deal structures, and local market conditions.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a professional, responsive experience from first inquiry through closing.
- Conduct in-person client activities, including property walk-throughs, client visits, and client events, requiring regular face-to-face engagement and professional business attire.
- Advise clients on offerings best suited to their requirements, placing client interests first in every engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, client communications, and follow-up schedules in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with firm leadership on pricing, offer terms, and transaction approvals.
- Support the sales and marketing department through document management, market and prospect research, outreach planning, and coordination of team events.
- Complete assigned sales tasks fully and on schedule, and verify that no client-facing item goes unresolved.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of B2B, real estate, or professional sales experience with a demonstrated record of closing.
- Fluent written and spoken English with polished, client-facing communication skills.
- Demonstrated prospecting and research ability, with the capability to independently source leads and investor prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and task discipline; proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional presentation and proper business attire; prepared for client-facing engagements at all times.
- Availability to work in the office every day, five days per week.
- Experience with sales in real estate related transactions or complex sales is preferred.
- Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license preferred; applicants without an active license must be willing to obtain one as early as possible, and no later than 120 days from the date of hire.
Compensation
This position offers a base salary of $60,000 plus a 0.9% uncapped commission on unit sales from inventory. Performance is measured on units sold and recurring lease revenue generated, and commission earnings scale directly with results.
