Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, supplies, and equipment across job sites or work areas
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools or materials
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and supplies as needed during project execution
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals efficiently
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar hands-on roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments
