Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review complex tax engagements for partnerships, corporations, and individuals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships
- Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting services
- Review and sign off on returns prepared by staff and seniors
- Mentor, develop, and supervise tax team members
- Research complex tax matters and provide practical recommendations
- Assist partners with practice development and client growth initiatives
- Manage workflow, deadlines, and engagement profitability
- Support firm leadership with strategic initiatives and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Active CPA licence required
- 6–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Prior experience supervising and developing staff
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax matters
- Excellent leadership and client management skills
- Experience handling complex pass-through entities and closely held businesses
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to real estate, construction, healthcare, or professional services clients
- Experience with tax planning and advisory-heavy engagements
- Business development or networking experience beneficial

Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
