What You'll Do
Own the Daily Financial Operations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Record invoices, payments, deposits, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records across multiple business entities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
Support Financial Reporting
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for leadership.
- Help identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues quickly.
- Ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and complete.
Payroll & Compliance
- Support payroll processing and related reporting.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns as required.
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audits and documentation requests when needed.
Partner Across the Business
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with property management, hospitality, and operations teams to resolve financial questions.
- Help improve accounting processes and identify efficiencies as the company continues to grow.
- Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
