Bilingual Receptionist – Pro Service Auto
Location: 2000 SW 71st Ter a10, Davie, FL 33317
Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: $15-$19 per hour + overtime (1.5x)
Pay Schedule: Biweekly

Position Overview
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) receptionist who can manage the front desk, assist customers, and help improve sales. This person will be responsible for explaining quotes, ensuring customers approve necessary repairs, and handling shop appointments and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist customers in Spanish and English.
- Explain repair quotes clearly and help customers approve services.
- Upsell additional services when possible.
- Follow up with leads and past customers.
Administrative Tasks
- Enter vehicle information and customer details into the system.
- Create quotes and call suppliers for part pricing.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
Shop Support
- Receive cars and enter them into the shop system.
- Pick up parts when needed (gas and tolls covered).
- Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow between customers and mechanics.
Marketing & Content Creation (Mandatory)
- Create and post content for the shop’s Instagram to engage customers.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Driver’s license and own car (for parts pickup).
- Ability to explain repair quotes and persuade customers to approve services.
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus!)
- Sales experience or ability to upsell customers.
- Experience in the automotive or customer service industry.
- Social media skills to help with Instagram content.

Pay: $15.50 - $19.50 per hour
