Ability Home Health is a home health agency serving Central Indiana patients. We are owned and operated by an RN that is dedicated to offering compassionate, quality care to patients, and attaining and retaining elite professionals. We are a family oriented small business, fully staffed with clinicians, and have multiple cultures and languages on staff. We have doubled our census every year and are looking for another full-time RN to join our team as the main QA nurse. This is a remote position but training in the office will be required- we are located in Zionsville, IN.

Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance of EMRs
- Interacts with field staff to resolve corrections in a timely manner
- Follows all state and federal regulations for Medicare and Medicaid patients
- Obtains Prior Authorizations from Medicaid and other insurances
- Analyzes data gathered from assessment and records reviews
- Updates and creates Plan of Cares
- Produces weekly and monthly reports pertinent for maintaining quality assurance
- Participates in the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to enhance the quality of patient care
- Participates in weekly case conference
What is required:
- Drivers license
- Active RN IN license
- CPR certification
- Home health experience
- Be willing to adjust to industry changes and regulations
