Starting at $47.00 per hour, based on experience
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: AM Shift
Schedule: Open availability required, including weekends and holidays as needed

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
