Pay: Base pay + BIG tips!!
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently with attention to Italian dining details like olive oil, Parmesan, and balsamic vinegar.
- Food Delivery: Deliver dishes promptly and accurately, ensuring hot food arrives fresh and beautifully presented.
- Cleanliness: Keep the dining area spotless, manage trash removal, and check restrooms for cleanliness and stocking.
- Restocking: Refill supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to maintain smooth operations.
- Guest Support: Assist with guest requests, such as providing extra bread or answering menu questions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
