National Sales Manager
Location: Inland Transport Headquarters (100% In-Office)
Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 (Based on experience; 7+ years required)
Inland Transport is adding a skilled, experienced National Sales Representative to our team. Responsibilities
Build, manage, and expand relationships with national clients across a variety of industries
Drive new business through targeted outreach, including prospecting and cold calling
Work closely with internal customer service teams to ensure accurate order handling and shipment visibility
Manage customer data and your sales pipeline using CRM and proprietary software
Stay informed on industry developments through ongoing training and professional growth opportunities
Qualifications
MBA degree required
7+ years of sales experience (logistics or freight preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident and persistent approach to cold calling
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Self-driven, dependable, and effective in both independent and team roles
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities
Available to work full-time, on-site
