Title: Junior Engineer
Schedule: (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Location: Bayamón, Puerto Rico (with occasional site visits)

Position Description
In this role, you will support our client's engineering team in preparing and delivering technical Excel reports for Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), cleanroom certification, fume hood, and Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC) services. This position is well suited for advanced engineering students or recent graduates seeking hands-on technical experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities.
Responsibilities
- Data Processing & Reporting: Process field data and prepare technical Excel reports that meet NEBB standards and client requirements.
- Documentation Support: Help organize, review, and deliver technical project documentation.
- Field Support: Join the Project Engineer on client site visits to support project work.
- Project Administration: Assist with project administration, including logs, archiving, follow-ups, and deliverable tracking.
- Technical Development: Build technical knowledge of TAB equipment, cleanroom certification procedures, and critical equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, template management, and data validation).
- A strong interest in developing technical knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and critical equipment certification.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications (or a proactive willingness to learn).
- Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and strict accountability for deadlines.
- Languages: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong professional reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Mobility: Availability for occasional travel to client sites across Puerto Rico.
- Education:
Advanced student nearing graduation or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; related engineering disciplines will also be considered.
