Central City Tavern is looking for Kitchen Managers to work at several locations around North Atlanta.

Must have experience working in a full-service high volume kitchen as well as experience managing employees.
Starting pay up to $65,000 with the correct experience
Central City Tavern is now hiring experienced sous chefs / kitchen managers. We offer great pay, flexible scheduling, positive work environment.
Key responsibilities for our culinary team include;
- Maintain food quality with sense of urgency towards check times
- Strong communication skills
- Help run the kitchen working directly under the executive chef.
- In charge of leading, teaching, and developing current and new staff.
- Help prepare and create weekly specials
- Ability to work 8-10 hour plus shifts, ability to stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to grasp, lift and or carry up to 50 pounds
- Knife skills to suit station prep
- Culinary cleanliness to health department code
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Social distancing guidelines in place
- Able to Write a Weekly Work Schedule
- Able to work with Excel spread sheets for inventory and cost controls
