Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Cleaning and filling station at the end of each shift.
- Down time deep cleaning to ensure kitchen is always kept clean.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food handling, food service, or as a cook in a restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
