What You'll Do
- Be the first impression. Respond via phone, email, chat, text, and web leads—quickly and professionally.
- Create quality appointments. Engage inbound leads and cold/prospecting outbound leads, qualifying them and booking showroom visits.
- Nurture and follow-up. Track, remind, and re-engage leads—especially no-shows or undecideds—with polished follow-through.
- Collaborate with Sales. Share lead intel, maintain CRM hygiene, and support seamless hand-off to showroom staff.
- Promote products & offers. Articulate features, demo units, financing options, and special promotions proactively.
- Track performance. Meet or beat targets—number of calls, appointments set/show, sales conversions, and lead response time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced professional. 2+ years as a BDC, Lead Gen, or Internet Sales Coordinator in the automotive (or related) industry.
- Sales-driven & self-motivated. You know how to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Excellent communicator. Clear phone presence, confident online chat style, superb written messaging.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary—$60,000–$70,000.
