Position Summary
CGI Business Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our growing team. This individual will manage a book of business and serve as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering closely with Sales Producers, carrier representatives, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, develop strategic benefit solutions, and support both new and existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable benefits professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, values client relationships, and is committed to delivering outstanding service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned groups
- Collaborate closely with Sales Producers on new business opportunities, renewal strategies, client meetings
- Assist clients with claims, billing, and service-related issues
- Coordinate renewals and benefit program strategies
- Lead open enrollment meetings and employee education sessions
- Oversee benefit implementations and ongoing service needs
- Collaborate with carriers, Sales Producers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client support
- Develop strategic benefit solutions and provide proactive recommendations to clients
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service excellence
Required Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance Producer License
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Employee Benefits Account Management or Account Executive experience
- Strong understanding of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier platforms, Canva and Microsoft Office applications

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
