Join our dynamic team as a Lead Infant Teacher and contribute to the nurturing growth and development of young children. With a focus on early childhood education, you will create a safe, stimulating environment that fosters cognitive, physical, emotional, and social growth in infants and toddlers.
- Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula for infants (0-12 months) or toddlers (1-3 years), promoting a love of learning and exploration.
- Classroom Management:
- Effectively lead, supervise, and support assistant teachers and staff in day-to-day classroom operations, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Parent and Family Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and behavior, and offering guidance and support as needed.
- Child Safety & Well-being:
- Ensure the safety and health of children by adhering to all safety protocols, maintaining a secure environment, and providing age-appropriate care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education, and mentor and support assistant teachers in their professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, milestones, and any special needs or concerns, and complete necessary administrative tasks, such as attendance and incident reports.
