Duties:
- Safely operate Arrive Wilson County Transportation Vans and Mini Buses.
- Assist passengers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery of passengers
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and management.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles.
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record minimum 5 years as a licensed driver.
- Proven experience in route driving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
1. No DUI/DWI
2. No Accidents Regardless of Fault
3. No more than one (1) moving violation during the last three (3) years prior to application for this program.
4. No moving violations within the last 12 months ( No Points on License)
5. If license has ever been suspended, applicant must have five (5) subsequent years with no violations.
6. If license has ever been revoked, applicant shall not be eligible for employment.
7. No felonies
8. No Misdemeanors (Past 10 years)
9. No Drug or alcohol offenses
10. No Medicare or Medicaid fraud, or any other offenses related to the delivery of items or services under Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP, or another state health care program.

A current Non-Certified MVR must be brought in at time of interview.
Current Openings include:
1. Position 1 - PT
- Off Monday
- Flex Shift Tuesday (Out of County Trips)
- Wed - Fri 2:00 PM to Close (6:30 to 7pm)
- Alternating Saturdays
2. Position 2 - PT (2 Available)
- Monday - Friday 2:00 PM to Close
- Alternating Saturdays - On weeks you work Saturday you will have a day of during the week.
3. Position 3 - PT (1 Available)
- Monday - Friday 5:45 AM to 9:45 AM
- Alternating Saturdays - On weeks you work Saturday you will have a day off during the week.
After 90 days if a full time position is available you would have the opportuity to apply for it internally.
