Job Summary
Entry Level – Processing Lead will be responsible for the daily updates and uploads for direct mail programs. In addition, this position will assist our fulfillment team with quality control, running fulfilment assembly programs and data conversion into various shipping platforms. We are a fast-paced Direct Mail/Custom Fulfillment company, with multiple projects running concurrently.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
· Processes postage and direct mail communications within various shipping platforms
· Process raw data for data conversion into various shipping platforms
· Provide labels and documentation for Fulfilment Team
· Responsible for daily audits of postage receipts
· Responsible for daily and weekly audits of postage via third-party vendors
· Communicate both internally and externally to ensure each job is mailed accurately
· Assist Fulfillment Team with assembling packages or keeping facilities clean and organized
· Assist Fulfilment Leads with ensuring quality of packages and mail
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficiency in Excel
· Detail oriented
· Strong people skills
· Multitasking
· Basic accounting skills
· Desire to learn and grow
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Education: HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
· Experience: Experience with USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx systems
· Inventory management
Certifications & Licenses: None
Computer Skills: Strong Excel computer skills and ability to learn new software
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed
· Must have ability to navigate a 20,000 SF warehouse
· Must have ability to lift 30 lbs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
· This position does not offer supervisory responsibilities, but growth opportunities are available
