Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician in Casa Grande, Arizona.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient Pediatric role focused on comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients
- Structured weekday schedule supporting provider balance and consistency

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $220,000 plus productivity bonuses
- Student loan repayment assistance available

SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM clinic hours
- Outpatient-only clinical setting
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care services
- Manage preventative care, wellness visits, chronic conditions, and acute pediatric concerns
- Maintain continuity of care and individualized patient treatment planning
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for documentation and patient management
- Collaborate with support staff within team-based outpatient environment
- Support mission-focused healthcare delivery and compassionate pediatric care

Requirements:
- Board Certified Pediatrician REQUIRED
- Comfortable practicing outpatient pediatric medicine REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently within supportive team environment REQUIRED
