Skills
- Proficiency with Medical Software and Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR management) for accurate documentation.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and disease processes essential for effective triage and patient care.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Care to handle urgent situations confidently.
- Familiarity with health regulation policies such as HIPAA to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience managing chronic diseases and acute care cases with a focus on disease prevention strategies.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating leadership in nursing practices.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education, team collaboration, and medical documentation clarity.
